I had a fine stay and would stay here again, thank you. The hotel was in a magnificent location, in the heart of the old town. I was surprised at nearby Vittoria Cafe & Bistrot, they had some goodies, drinks.

This was a pleasant stay of 7 nights. The extremely helpful and attentive staff greeted us with a smile. The location was perfect, in the heart of the town, convenient to go everywhere. And we were near surrounding by historical buildings and the central square.
Some people working there were unwelcoming.

Overall, it's lovely base for exploring Como attractions. The queen studio overlooks mountain and includes a microwave oven, an electric kettle and refrigerators. Every staff member is fairly friendly and amiable and strives to meet your needs. The location is excellent and nice, close to the train station. Don't forget to visit nearby Caffe' dei Viaggiatori, they have best coffee ever. This is a hotel go-to for Como!

Overall it was a wonderful stay for a 3 days vacation. The staff were attentive and accommodating, thanks to them everything was perfect. I slept so comfy in the very comfy bed. I appreciated staying at this hotel, and recommend.
